Conscious Eating is the act of being mindful in the consumption of food you consume for the integrity of your mind, body and spirit. It is ability to be aware of how the food you consume from its molecular structure, energy, nutrients, color, etc influences the holy trinity of self: mind, body and spirit. Google defines Conscious as, "aware of and responding to ones surroundings; awake". If one is aware of the food they consume, then they understand the importance of the consciousness of the food they consume.


Clean Eating is an eating style that focuses on eating whole foods, while avoiding processed foods, fried foods, or foods that may have artificial flavors and ingredients. Clean Eating is an eating style that supports eating foods close to their natural form as possible.


Series of questions that a person may ask to determine the level of vibration/ consciousness food has is:

How was this food grown & harvested?

Is it local or from another state, or country?

Is it conventional or organic?

Does this food have integrity?

Does this food contain live enzymes?
